Senior Strategy Manager
At Clinical Partners, one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Senior Strategy Manager to lead transformation, operational improvement and strategic delivery across our Patient Services department. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of how we scale our services and improve the patient journey.
You will be the engine behind strategic change — shaping direction, challenging the status quo and ensuring meaningful improvements land at pace. Using data and technology as your primary levers, you will design, prioritise and deliver initiatives that streamline and scale our Onboarding, Booking and Hub operations. You’ll own a portfolio of projects end‑to‑end, working cross‑functionally and with real autonomy.
Your success will be defined by outcomes, not activity. We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery — someone who can get into the detail, interrogate data, challenge assumptions and drive tangible improvements. You’ll bring strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to push for change where it’s needed.
