This isn’t a campaign role.
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of how our marketing actually works.
The systems.
The data.
The processes.
The journeys behind the campaigns.Right now, we’ve got strong activity across email, web, paid and content. What we need is someone to connect it all together to make it measurable, scalable, and consistently improving.
The role
You’ll sit at the centre of Marketing, working closely with Sales, RevOps and BI.
Your focus will be making sure:
leads are properly tracked, scored and routed
campaigns are set up in a way we can actually learn from
the website converts as well as it should
and we have a clear view of what’s driving pipeline and revenue
If you enjoy fixing messy funnels, questioning how things are set up, and building something more robust you’ll enjoy this role.
What you’ll be doing
Owning and improving our marketing infrastructure (HubSpot, automation, reporting)
Making sure data is clean, structured and usable
Building and improving email journeys, nurture flows and lifecycle stages
Taking ownership of website performance and conversion
Designing and refining lead scoring and funnel processes
Running structured CRO and testing programmes
Building reporting that actually helps people make decisions
Working closely with Sales, RevOps and BI to align on performance
What we’re looking for
We’re less interested in someone who’s done a bit of everything and more interested in someone with real depth in marketing operations.
You’ll likely have:
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot
A track record of improving funnels, not just running campaigns
Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stages and automation
A solid understanding of tracking, analytics and attribution
Experience running structured CRO programmes
You’ll probably be someone who…
Questions how things are set up instead of working around them
Cares about data quality (and gets frustrated when it’s not right)
Is comfortable getting into the detail workflows, tracking, logic
Can explain complex things in a simple way
Enjoys solving problems and improving systems
Why this role matters
This role is key to making marketing more effective.
You won’t just run activity you’ll build the foundations that make it work properly and help the business understand what’s actually driving growth.
