    About The Role

    What You’ll Be Doing 

    As an AI Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development of AI-powered tools and insights. You’ll work across teams to turn data into actionable decisions and help improve how the organisation operates. 

    AI Solutions & Insights 

    • Support the development of AI-driven tools, recommendations, and optimisation solutions 

    • Prototype and test decision-support tools to improve business outcomes 

    • Turn business challenges into practical AI use cases 

    • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency 

     Data Analysis & Discovery 

    • Analyse data across systems including CRM, reports, and internal knowledge bases 

    • Clean, structure, and prepare data for analysis 

    • Spot trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making 

    • Work with stakeholders to define success measures and outcomes 

    Responsible AI & Governance 

    • Ensure all AI solutions align with data privacy, governance, and compliance standards 

    • Support documentation of AI models, data sources, and assumptions 

    • Contribute to ethical AI practices, including transparency and bias reduction 

    Strategy & Innovation 

    • Support the AI roadmap and help align initiatives to business goals 

    • Track and communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical teams 

    • Bring fresh ideas and challenge conventional ways of working 

    What We’re Looking For

    Essentials 

    • Experience working with data (Excel or similar tools) 

    • Ability to analyse information and communicate insights clearly 

    • Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g. machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering) 

    • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas simply 

    • A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for learning 

    Desirable (but not essential) 

    • Degree in Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or similar 

    • Experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau 

    • Basic knowledge of Python or SQL 

    • Understanding of social care or healthcare sectors
