Employer: National Literacy Trust  

Location: You will be contracted to our office in London but this role is suitable for home and flexible working, with the majority of your work carried out from home if you would prefer. However, you will need to be available to travel to London for staff and team days. This is expected to be around a day per week, including team office days on Tuesdays, although may often be less than this. 

Temporary: Maternity cover for 14 months 

Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week  

Salary: £50,000 to £52,000 per year

    What you'll be doing

    We’re looking for a Senior Fundraising Manager to lead a team of three, drive our grant-funding strategy, and manage a portfolio of high-value relationships, including with Arts Council England, during a 14-month maternity cover period. If you’re a confident leader with a strong track record in trusts and statutory income, and you’re ready to bring your expertise to one of the UK’s most impactful charities, we’d love to hear from you.
