About the role
Our Senior Direct Marketing Executive (Creative Lead) will play an important role in delivering our multi-million-pound campaign at winter and work across Shelter’s individual supporter digital recruitment channels, propositions and products.You’ll be working alongside an ambitious team delivering the individual giving programme & strategy. You’ll bring digital fundraising (or marketing) expertise, an audience understanding and your creative flair to develop standout digital campaigns.
Role specifics
You’ll develop and deliver audience-led and creatively inspired Individual Giving campaigns that attract, convert and retain cash, regular giving and lottery supporters. Managing projects from planning and creative development through to evaluation, you’ll create compelling multi-channel campaigns, oversee budgets and performance targets, and use testing and insight to optimise results and supporter lifetime value. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, agencies and suppliers, champion an inclusive and positive team culture, and ensure all fundraising activity meets relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.Apply to be part of our team and be the change you want to see in society.

This post sits within the Individual Giving Team, which is responsible for delivering a diverse programme of work with ambitious income targets that support our organisational strategy, across cash, regular giving and lottery products.How to Apply
