What we’re looking for:
Someone who will lead the creative delivery of high-impact campaigns and projects, developing standout concepts that bring our brand to life across multiple channels.
Act as a guardian of our visual identity, ensuring all creative output is engaging, consistent, high-quality and aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with teams across the organisation, translating audience insight into compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports organisational goals.
Provide senior creative leadership by managing and developing design talent, guiding freelancers and agencies, and advising on creative planning, production and resource allocation.
This is a really exciting time for the Teenage Cancer Trust brand, and the Senior Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of our visual identity going forwards.
