Senior CRM Manager

Employer: Oviva

Location: Remote, UK

Salary: Not listed

  • At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone and to deliver against our vision of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.

To support our growing business, we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior CRM Manager

    The Role

As Senior CRM Manager, you will be a key driver within the CRM team, working cross-functionally with our UK Product, Clinical, and Data teams. You will be responsible for implementing and improving automated processes to drive patient engagement and support clinical outcomes. This is a senior role that requires significant autonomy in translating business needs into journey logics and providing feedback on improving metrics.

Our CRM technology stack is based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, both of which are fully integrated with our core digital products.

    Job requirements

    • Solid experience in CRM or marketing automation.

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM tools.

    • Strong knowledge of relational databases and advanced querying skills using SQL.

    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust with clinical and technical stakeholders.

    • Comfortable using data visualisation tools to uncover friction points and optimise journeys.

    Job responsibilities

    • Journey Automation: Plan and implement complex end-to-end projects to automate patient journeys and processes through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

    • Architecture Management: Lead the shift in architecture between OCS and Sales Cloud platforms while delivering across different clinical pathways.

    • Data Integration: Integrate multiple data sources and wider platform data into patient records to create highly personalised, dynamic campaigns.

    • Analytics & Reporting: Create advanced reports and dashboards using SQL and tools such as Google BigQuery to monitor effectiveness and deliver data-backed recommendations.

    • Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams, communicating technical solutions directly and driving project priorities with high autonomy.

    Job benefits

    What We Offer

    • A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.

    • High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.

    • A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.

    • Annual learning & development budget.

    • Home working allowance and flexible working hours.

    • Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)

    Before you apply

We’re building a product to empower people to become healthier versions of themselves through behaviour change, clinical care, and technology. That isn’t easy - it requires strong decision-making and product judgement.

This role probably isn't a good fit if:

    • You prefer to wait for direction rather than working on your own initiative.

    • You prefer to work from frameworks rather than taking ownership of decision-making.

    • A deep curiosity about what drives human behaviour and health outcomes isn't a primary motivator for you.

    • You prefer to leave AI to the technical teams rather than exploring how it can personally enhance your own workflow and impact.

Having a culture that people want to work in is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:

We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen

Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
