What You Will DoLead and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Actively identify and remove impediments so teams can stay focused on delivering value in every single sprint.
Provide expert coaching and mentoring to teams across all maturity levels, promoting a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Track team performance and progress toward delivery goals using metrics like velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
Work independently to navigate complex situations while fostering smooth, cross-functional collaboration.
What You BringProven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
The ability to act with diplomacy, tact, and empathy while coaching the wider organisation on Agile adoption.
