About the Team
The Events Sales Team generates over £2.5 million in B2B bookings each year.
We’re a close, supportive team of:
4 Education Sales Executives
3 Corporate Sales Executives
1 Proactive Corporate Sales Executive
1 Sales Administrator
1 Sales Support
Together, we coordinate and hand over more than 3,700 events a year to our site teams, ensuring schools, corporates, and groups have an exceptional Go Ape experience from first enquiry to event day.
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Sales Executive to join the Corporate Team on a maternity cover contract.
This role focuses on managing relationships and growing business across multiple sites.
You’ll work closely with site managers and teams to understand the unique selling points of each location and deliver outstanding service to schools and educational groups.

Key Responsibilities
Reactive Sales
Handle inbound calls and online enquiries
Build rapport with potential and existing school partners
Produce tailored quotes and itineraries based on customer needs
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track performance against KPIs
Proactive Sales
Contact corporates within local site areas to generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with site teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and event outcomes
Targets & Performance
Achieve and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Meet individual call volume and conversion KPIs
Support the team in achieving overall revenue goals and maintaining year-on-year growth
What to Expect in the Role
September to January: Focus on renewal calls and rebooking returning corporate for the following year. Plus dedicated time for proactive outreach and building the pipeline
February to July: Peak activity period with high enquiry volumes and fast-paced conversion work
August: Group enquiries and Sundown proactive activity

Consistently meeting or exceeding personal and team targets
Strong, trusted relationships with site managers and fellow co-owners
Positive customer feedback and repeat bookings
Contributing to the Education Team’s continued growth and success
Skills Required
· Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written)
· Good social skills: the ability to quickly forge strong relationships, whilst also being a team player
· Professional phone manner
· Results driven: self-motivated, organised and eager to succeed
· Confidence to cold call
· Creative mindset: Not afraid to think outside the box and work with the site teams to achieve a positive outcome for the customer
· Sales focused mindset: always thinking about additional activities, forest shelter, merchandise, catering. Creating the full experience
· Experience with CRM systems: Microsoft suite including Outlook and Excel
