The Role:
We are Vita Health Group and we’re looking for an ambitious Relationship Manager to join our service. Key Responsibilities:
Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations
Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analysis and interpret data
Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery
Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
