We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition function on a 3 month FTC. The role will focus on building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.
Envirogen is a leading international provider of water, wastewater, vapor emissions, material recovery treatment, and process filtration solutions. With more than 50 years of expertise in Europe and 30 years in North America, we deliver innovative engineered solutions that help customers solve complex environmental and water challenges while placing sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Conduct initial candidate outreach
Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
It would be ideal if you had experience in:
Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred
