Our central support team at United Response make sure that everyone who works here has the systems and information they need to fulfil their role, and feel motivated and supported as they do it.
As a Recruiter, your key responsibilities will be;
Responsible for the full recruitment process of all internal roles inclusive of high volume, management and head offices positions.
Able to use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to progress candidates and advertise roles
Able to use jobs boards and social media platforms to advertise vacancies and drive recruitment.
Be responsible for driving and monitoring each stage of the application process to ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
Proactively liaising with managers and prompting them to ensure that actions are completed at each stage.
What skills you will bring;
Experience of high-volume recruitment
Have a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
Experience of focused recruitment within niche roles
Experience of using social media to recruit
Ability to network and build talent pools
Must be self-motivated
Strong IT skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Clear and confident communicator
Experience with recruitment campaigns and events
