    Our team managers play a vital role in enabling our remote-working clinicians to deliver a range of clinical assessments and interventions, which include mental health assessments and interventions, CBT & Family Interventions for a range of mental health problems across the age range.

    The clinical delivery team sets out to empower every young person to build the capabilities for long-term mental health to successfully navigate life’s challenges and experience a better quality of life.

    The role 

    The Associate Network Coordinator reports to the Clinical Specialist and leads key areas of coordination, administration, planning and clinician availability management to ensure the Associate Network model runs optimally. Areas of responsibility will include:

    • Point of Contact for non clinical enquiries from Associate Clinicians

    • Point of Contact and conduit with the Client Operations Team (Servicing)

    • Deploying and monitoring processes and tasks from SOPs and SLAs

    • Contacting Associates regarding capacity/availability and adjusting availability in Panacea

    • KPI monitoring and reporting

    • Invoice reconciliations

    • Supporting audits and monitoring compliance requirements for associate clinicians

    • Leading coordination/administration tasks and actions that contribute to the running of the Associate Network


    What you need to have

    • Experience of coordination/administration in an operations and clinical setting 

      • Preferably a Network/Associate Model 

    • Experience of developing and deploying processes, SOPs and ways of working

    • Experience of KPI monitoring and reporting

    • Demonstrable organisation and planning competencies 

    • A mindset that is flexible, open to challenge and can effectively challenge others to think and operate differently. Being solutions focussed is a must

    • Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within Healios

    • Able to work under pressure to meet key performance indicators and organisational objectives

    • Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner

    • Have a professional home working environment
