Temporary: fixed term contract for one year
Working hours: 17.5 hours per week
Salary: FTE: £25,539.00 (pro rata: £12,769.50) per annum

The role
The Project Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Council funded Adult Bereavement Service in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. This service aims to provide accessible, empathetic and effective support for adults affected by bereavement, particularly sudden or drug/alcohol-related deaths. The Project Officer will work collaboratively as part of the local and regional volunteer and staff team.
There will be regular travel to community venues across Cornwall for service delivery and outreach events. The remaining work will be remote from home. We need to manage travel costs and working time within the project budget, so cannot recruit anyone living outside of Cornwall or West Devon
