About the Role
At Zanda, we build software that removes stress, chaos, and friction from running a health practice.
As our next Product Owner, you’ll translate strategy into execution, turning real customer pain points into prioritised, high-impact product outcomes.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Support — championing the customer voice and ensuring we continuously deliver meaningful value.
What You’ll Do
Translate product strategy into clear, actionable, value-based priorities
Collaborate closely with Engineering on trade-offs, dependencies, and system behaviou
Own the lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration
Surface risks early and drive grounded, data-informed decisions
Guide product decisions that support growth, retention, and operational efficiency
Communicate clearly across async and real-time channels
Be the voice of the customer — understand needs, motivations, and pain points
What You Bring to the Team
Experience
1+ years of hands-on product ownership experience (SaaS preferred)
Strong agile experience (Scrum / Kanban)
Experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across time zones
Proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable improvements
Bonus points if you come from a Customer Success, Support, or similar customer-facing background.
