    Role Outline

    We are currently recruiting a Product Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving development of innovative solutions. Your mission will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet  customer needs, drive business growth and enhance the well-being of workers around the UK.

     

    Product Strategy and Vision:
    •    Work with the product designer to define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
    •    Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product strategy on an ongoing basis.


    Product Development:
    •    Create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans.
    •    Work closely with design, engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    •    Define clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


    User-Centric Approach:
    •    Working with the Business Analysts gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviours through user research and data analysis to bridge business needs with technical execution.
    •    Advocate for user experience improvements and drive product enhancements.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    •    Collaborate with stakeholders, design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful product launches.
    •    Work closely with marketing and sales to create go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of new products.


    Metrics and KPIs:
    •    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance.
    •    Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features, optimise user engagement and refine the product roadmap.


    Product Lifecycle Management:
    •    Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life decisions.
    •    Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead.


    Stakeholder Engagement:
    •    Build buy-in for the product vision among internal and external partners.
    •    Act as a product evangelist, representing our company to customers and gathering feedback.
     

    To be successful  in this role you will have previous experience using product management tools like Microsoft DevOps, JIRA or Linear and be familiar with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
