We’re looking for a Product Delivery Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, product-led environment. You’ll be the bridge between vision and delivery, making sure our product, platform, and brand projects move forward smoothly, our roadmaps stay realistic, and our teams remain focused on the right priorities. Working closely with our CTO, Creative Director, and cross-functional teams, you’ll bring delivery discipline without slowing momentum, ensuring we ship the right things, in the right way, at the right time.What You’ll Be Doing:
Own our roadmaps: maintain, track, and keep them realistic, flagging risks and changes in scope or priorities.
Coordinate delivery: manage dev and design work in our project tools, run standups, retros, and project-specific meetings.
Document scope & requirements: ensure projects have crystal-clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
Spot gaps & dependencies: raise early and keep stakeholders aligned.
Drive communication: keep the appropriate channels updated, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, and ensure the right people are in the loop.
Champion quality: coordinate QA/testing to ensure work meets requirements before launch.
Enable leadership: take on operational load so the leadership team can focus on strategy and innovation.
About You:Experience in delivery/project management in a tech or product-led environment.
Familiar with agile or lean delivery approaches (ShapeUp a bonus)
Comfortable working across technical, creative, and commercial teams.
Organised, with the discipline to follow up and make sure problems get resolved.
Confident with tools like Github Projects, Jira, Linear, Notion or similar.
Strong communicator who can work with diverse personalities and disciplines.
