    We are now looking for three Performance Business Managers to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

    The Role

    As a Performance Business Manager, you will gather and assess evidence to help us understand service performance and drive improvement.

    Drawing on your analytical expertise, you will review organisational scorecards, service reports and other datasets, combining insights from multiple sources to deepen our understanding of risk, quality and performance.

    You will also maintain our Learning and Improvement Framework, ensuring it is regularly kept up to date as a reliable source of truth that reflects current learning, best practice, and the effectiveness of improvement plans.

    Additionally, you will:

    - Produce analytical reports and papers for colleagues and senior leaders
    - Provide secretariat support to the Operational Practice Governance Group
    - Support collaborative enquiry exercises by gathering internal and external evidence

    About You

    To be considered as a Performance Business Manager, you will need:

    - Experience drafting high-quality papers, reports and infographics to illustrate complex concepts and information
    - The ability to deal with complex tasks and challenges
    - A relevant qualification in a field associated with examining, analysing and depicting a range of evidence

    Interviews are scheduled to take place from the final week of August 2025 onwards and will be held on Microsoft Teams.
