We are seeking to recruit a People Services Assistant on a 3 Month Fixed Term opportunity.
In this role, you will provide a people-focused service to the business, including supporting day-to-day HR operations, resolving first-line employee queries, and contributing to project work and organisational change initiatives, particularly within the 3-month secondment. You will also support managers by providing initial advice and guidance to help them carry out their people management responsibilities effectively.
Alongside core operational responsibilities, the role will involve supporting continuous improvement across the People function.

What We’re Looking For
Essential requirements include:Experience working in an HR role with knowledge of HR processes, first-line employee relations, change management, advice, and guidance.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and projects
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively.
Flexible and adaptable to the needs of customers and the organisation.
Experience of working with an HR system.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation.
Educated to GCSE Grade C (Level 4) or above (or equivalent experience).
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent HR experience.
