About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Configuration Analyst to join our People Product team. You will be a key member of our cross-functional product squad, working collaboratively to enhance our HR, Recruitment, and Talent systems in ways that improve user experience, ensure compliance, and support organisational priorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, test, and implement system changes to support evolving organisational needs.
Maintain system workflows, user roles, permissions, and reporting structures to reflect business processes and policies.
Support system upgrades, integrations, implementations, and new feature rollouts.
Conduct user requirement gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Produce configuration documentation and deliver end-user training.
Provide end-user support and liaise with technical teams when specialist knowledge is required.
Champion a user-centred approach.
About You
You will be an analytical and curious thinker who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring a passion for making People systems work better for users and are comfortable with agile ways of working. You also have:
Proven experience in configuring and supporting HR systems (e.g., Cascade, eArcu, Learning Zone, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data structures, reporting, and role-based access controls.
Skilled in data analysis, auditing, and ensuring data integrity across system integrations.
Experience working in cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations) and with external vendors.
Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile project and product methodologies.
Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Basic SQL skills.
