    This role sits within the CRM and Data team and is part of our Digital, Data and Technology group.  We are a dynamic, friendly and ambitious team bringing together a diverse set of skills and perspectives to create an open and supportive working environment.  

    We are seeking a CRM Configuration Analyst who will be instrumental in configuring and customizing our Dynamics365 CRM platform.  The ideal candidate is motivated by our mission, is detail-orientated and has a passion for technology and innovation.

    A key part of this role will be your ability to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and to configure system and build solutions to fulfil those needs.  

    In order to be successful in this role, you must have: 

    • Excellent analytical skills with a user centered approach and an understanding of Agile methodologies.

    • Proficiency in CRM administration tools, configuration, customisation and data management; preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.

    • Outstanding customer support skills.  Displaying empathy and active listening to end users, guiding through troubleshooting processes to provide a positive first-line support experience

    • A detail orientated mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency
