If you are an experienced Interim Payroll Manager looking for a short-term contract where you can make an immediate impact, this role offers the chance to step straight into a live payroll environment and support a complex period of transition across multiple services. You will be focused on delivery from day one, working fully remotely with clear ownership of critical payroll activity.
This assignment suits someone confident operating in fast-moving, change-heavy environments where accuracy, pace, and system expertise are essential. You will join at a key point in transition, where your ability to stabilise and support payroll delivery will be central to continuity.
Package & Benefits

About the Company
You will be supporting a large, multi-service organisation undergoing a period of payroll transition across several providers. The environment is structured, fast-moving, and focused on maintaining continuity and accuracy during operational change.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead payroll delivery during a period of transition across multiple service areas.
• Use ResourceLink as the core payroll system in a live operational environment.
• Support smooth payroll migration activity across other named provider groups.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing throughout a high-change period.
About You
• Proven, current hands-on experience using ResourceLink payroll system. (candidates without this won't be considered)
• Available immediately to start a short-term interim assignment.
