    We're supporting an international organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst for a fully remote role based in the UK. This Payroll Analyst position sits within a growing finance function and offers exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, with regular interaction across the UK and US.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Analyse payroll data and trends including salaries, commissions and variable pay.

    • Deliver payroll and commission insights to support key business decision making.

    • Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.

    • Act as a key contact for payroll queries, including US-based stakeholders.

    • Deliver accurate payroll journals and postings to the general ledger.

    • Support month-end close through reconciliations and variance analysis.

    • Partner closely with HR on starters, leavers, changes and commission inputs.

    • Investigate and resolve payroll issues with sound judgement and attention to detail

    Why you're a great fit

    Essential

    • Experience in a payroll-focused or payroll-heavy finance role

    • Exposure to international payroll and payroll accounting

    • Strong analytical skills with confidence explaining payroll data and outcomes

    • Solid understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations

    • Organised, proactive approach suited to fully remote working

    Desirable

    • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment

    • Exposure to US payroll or regular collaboration with US teams

    • Understanding of intercompany or consolidation principles
