We’re looking for an organised and personable Partnerships & Relationship Manager. This role is crucial to building and maintaining relationships with the organisations that support JUST ONE Tree.
This flexible role combines relationship management, strong communication and on-point admin skills to turn warm leads into lasting partnerships and keep those relationships strong.

THE ROLE:
A part-time role that we’ll shape together, to suit us both, where you’ll be...
Working your magic to turn interested organisations into long-lasting corporate donors by managing introductory calls, sharing information and guiding them through the onboarding process
Looking after your own portfolio of donor organisations, with regular contact and support in a two-way relationship that keeps them informed and engaged
Setting up corporate donors in our system, monitoring their donations and keeping their account records up to date in our database
Being alert to if there's ever a need to pause or end partnerships when necessary and flagging that to the wider team
Working closely with the wider team to share donor feedback and insights, as well as identify existing corporates who may have more to offer JUST ONE Tree
Helping to create and update processes and internal guidance
ABOUT YOU:We're looking for someone who is...
Organised, with a good eye for detail and accuracy
Friendly and confident, with proven experience at building and maintaining relationships with a range of organisations
Dependable, reliable and committed. Your role and presence is foundational to the success of the organisation
Good at the friendly approaches but also comfortable with challenging conversations when they’re needed
A good communicator, both in writing and verbally
Proactive – you’ll spot when something is needed, and opportunities that may come up.
Passionate about what JUST ONE Tree is trying to do – and can share that enthusiasm with our partners
Happy working remotely and independently, taking ownership of the portfolio of relationships, and developing them
Used to working on online systems, interacting with databases and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Teams
Experience in this sector is useful, but not essential
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

Flexibility day to day: the role needs some time logged on each working day rather than being worked as one block, but the exact hours can flex depending on what's happening with our partners and your life
Self-employed contractor role: this is a part-time contractor position rather than a PAYE employee role
Budget: £15 per hour
A role with real ownership: you'll have your own portfolio of relationships and the freedom to manage your work independently
A lovely team: work autonomously, but also you’re part of a friendly and committed remote team
Purpose: use your skills and experience to help tackle some of the most urgent climate and environmental issues we're facing
This is a small role, but an important one. You'll be helping organisations turn their interest in JUST ONE Tree into meaningful, ongoing support for forests, communities, biodiversity and the planet.
