OmniCyber Security Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Executive to support our growing Pen testing business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to contribute to the success of a leading cybersecurity organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage scheduling for a growing operational team
• Book and manage kick-off and debrief calls with clients
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Chase and track required legal documentation
• Provide clear and timely reporting to your Line Manager
• Support daily operational activities to ensure project delivery runs efficiently
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working in or alongside the cybersecurity industry
• CRM experience – HubSpot highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and confidently autonomously
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
