We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Remote Psychologist Assistant to support our team of licensed psychologists. This fully remote position involves assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and coordination to optimize the delivery of mental health services.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage psychologists’ schedules and appointments.
Assist with client onboarding, including intake assessments and documentation.
Provide technical support for telehealth sessions as needed, ensuring smooth virtual interactions.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Communicate professionally with clients via email or messaging platforms to provide support and information.
Collaborate closely with psychologists to prepare session materials and follow-up tasks.
