Working hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 pa depending on experience

This is a key leadership role within Nessie, responsible for ensuring our services run effectively,
safely, and efficiently as we continue to grow. You will take ownership of operational systems, processes, and people management, enabling high-quality service delivery while supporting the organisation to scale sustainably.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, supporting people,

This role offers genuine scope to develop into a more senior operational leadership position
