We’re excited to be looking for an Administrator to join our Operations team.
In this role, you’ll work alongside another Administrator to provide high-quality support to multiple teams while building strong relationships across the business.
This role will give you exposure to working in a fast paced and rewarding environment in the education sector, developing skills across a range of administrative tasks. The variety within this role means you’ll be continually challenged and given opportunities to develop new skills across different areas of the business.
How you’ll make an impact:
Liaise with cross-organisation teams to effect various deadlines and actions.
Co-ordinate team activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, visits, training and events.
Prepare and update meeting agendas, minutes, reports, action lists and trackers.
Assist in the accurate co-ordination of diary activities and appointments of designated staff.
Confidently use systems and transcribe data with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing and minimising risk, escalate potential breaches and Adverse Effects notifications in a timely manner and identify potential improvements and efficiency opportunities.
Track and complete actions relating to queries from assessment activities delivered by third party providers, including those relating to script and certificate printing, online assessment, e-marking, scanning of scripts and couriers.
Ensure effective communication via verbal and written reports.
Co-ordinate the storage and secure destruction of confidential documents in accordance with GDPR.
General administrative support, including letters, telephone correspondence and organisation of meetings.

Experience of working in a busy administrative role co-ordinating multiple tasks, events and diaries
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent grammar and spelling
Experience in the use of office applications and software such as Excel, Outlook, Access databases
Able to demonstrate excellent Word Processing and data entry skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and maintain a high standard of accuracy
