    About the Team
    The Operational Support Team provides essential central support across our services, ensuring that staff have the systems, resources, and infrastructure they need to deliver safe, high‑quality services to autistic people. The team plays a vital role in fleet management, procurement, compliance, and day‑to‑day operational administration, working closely with services across the organisation.

    About the Role
    As the Operational Support Administrator – Fleet & Procurement, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles, drivers, and procurement processes operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently. You will provide end‑to‑end administrative support across fleet operations and procurement, helping to ensure vehicles are legally compliant, staff are onboarded safely as drivers, and purchasing activity is accurate, timely, and offers value for money. This role is central to supporting services to operate smoothly and safely.

    What You’ll Do 

    • Coordinate vehicle compliance including servicing, MOTs, safety checks, permits, and accident reporting

    • Onboard and support drivers in line with the “Driving for Work” policy, including risk assessments

    • Act as a first point of contact for fleet queries, new or replacement vehicles, and operational fleet inboxes

    • Administer fuel cards, validate fleet‑related invoices, and manage vehicle fines

    What We’re Looking For 

    • Experience working in an administrative or operational support role, coordinating multiple tasks to deadlines

    • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

    • Confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders, building positive working relationships

    This role is for a Full-Time position at 35 hours per week.

    This role is hybrid.
