    Are you an organised and proactive individual that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our team and coordinate ADHD and Autism assessments within our Neurodevelopmental services.

    Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Contract Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. We deliver ADHD and autism services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK.

    💡 About the Role

    In this role, you will:

    • Coordinate end-to-end assessment processes, including scheduling reviews, assessments, and multi-disciplinary team meetings.

    • Act as the central liaison between clinical teams, Integrated Care Boards, educational settings, service users, and their families.

    • Maintain accurate records and input clinical data into our electronic patient record systems.

    • Prepare and distribute pre-assessment documentation and consent forms.
