You’ll help create inclusive, interactive learning that embody our values of kindness, courage and respect reflecting real-world challenges and supports our mission to break down the barriers that stop people getting the support they need to live a life they value.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:

    • Designing creative and accessible learning content using a variety of formats tailored to diverse learning needs

    • Delivering induction workshops to welcome new joiners to Waythrough, both online and in person

    • Facilitating a wide range of workshops and learning sessions to strengthen knowledge and skills across the organisation

    • Staying informed on current best practices and developments in learning, training, and your professional field

Please note you don’t have to be an expert in Substance Misuse or mental health to succeed in this role, we want you to be an expert with people and passionate about learning and development.

While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel will be required to deliver in-person training sessions as needed.

To succeed as a Trainer you will ideally have:

    • Experience in designing and delivering training to a range of audiences
