The Royal College of Paramedic’s are looking to recruit to this pivotal role, the National CPD Lead is a key leadership role within the College, working directly with the Head of Education to drive innovation and change and deliver the Continuous Professional Development and Education objectives as part of the overall College strategy.
The College has a proven track record of shaping the future of paramedic practice by driving forward educational standards and providing consistently high quality CPD for paramedics. The role of National CPD Lead requires a unique combination of future vision, attention to detail and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels . In addition this tenacious, individual will be motivated to deliver and capable of driving projects to completion in a busy and dynamic environment.

The application process for this role is by completion of an Application Form, available here. This Application Form contains three sections. Section 1 requires your contact information which will only be shared with the appointing Manager once shortlisting has been completed. Section 2 is your opportunity to submit your previous or current employment (paid and/or voluntary), qualifications and any research activities, and two references. This section also includes a request for a 500 word supporting statement to outline how your knowledge, skills and experience will be of benefit to you in this role.
Unfortunately, there is not the ability to save the form mid-completion for finalising at a later date, so please have all necessary information (outlined above) ready before commencing. Section 3 is solely for equality monitoring purposes and will not be seen by the shortlisting panel.
