Marketing Communications Co-ordinator – Children’s Services
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOEWe are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Communications Co-ordinator to support the delivery of engaging marketing activity across our Children’s Services division.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and marketing administration. You will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign SupportAssist in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
Coordinate promotional activity including email marketing, newsletters, events, and social media campaignsContent Creation & Management
Create and update engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials
Maintain website content including news articles, school information, and policies
Edit and proofread copy to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Prepare clear creative briefs and liaise effectively with graphic designersSocial Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Design social media graphics using Canva and Adobe tools
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and messages
Monitor analytics and produce monthly performance reportsAdministrative & Organisational Support
Manage marketing materials, promotional assets, and inventory
Log and track daily enquiries
Prepare reports and support wider marketing administration
Coordinate meetings and communications with schools and colleges
Ensure the team project planner (Monday.com) remains accurate and up to dateAbout You
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience using CMS platforms such as Umbraco and WordPress
Confidence creating engaging visual content using Canva
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software
Hands-on experience managing social media channels
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
