M365 Product Owner

Employer: National Deaf Children's Society 

Location: Home-based working with flexible hours.

Working hours: 35 Hours Per Week 

Salary: £43,130 - £53,913 per annum

    • The Role

    • We are looking for a M365 Product Owner who'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping shape how tools like Teams and SharePoint are structured, adopted, and continuously improved, while also acting as a key point of contact for M365-related queries and enhancements.
       

       

      What you'll do

       

      • Own and optimise the M365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, governance)

      •  Act as the go-to person for M365 across the organisation

      • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital workplace tools

      • Gather requirements and translate into practical solutions

      • Support and triage issues, working with internal teams and external providers

       

      What you'll need

       

      • A background in really understanding the user - and how we can support increased impact through effective technical solutions

      • A solid understanding of M365 administration - knowing how to leverage existing and emerging features to maximum effect.

      • Confident in simplifying technology to service users, yet getting technical with support & development teams as needed

      • A background in service delivery, product ownership and technical product configuration

      • Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.

      • A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
