Salary: £43,130 - £53,913 per annum

The Role
We are looking for a M365 Product Owner who'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping shape how tools like Teams and SharePoint are structured, adopted, and continuously improved, while also acting as a key point of contact for M365-related queries and enhancements.
What you'll do
Own and optimise the M365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, governance)
Act as the go-to person for M365 across the organisation
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital workplace tools
Gather requirements and translate into practical solutions
Support and triage issues, working with internal teams and external providers
What you'll need
A background in really understanding the user - and how we can support increased impact through effective technical solutions
A solid understanding of M365 administration - knowing how to leverage existing and emerging features to maximum effect.
Confident in simplifying technology to service users, yet getting technical with support & development teams as needed
A background in service delivery, product ownership and technical product configuration
Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).

The National Deaf Children's Society are the leading charity for deaf children. We give expert support on childhood deafness, raise awareness and campaign for deaf children's rights, so they have the same opportunities as everyone else.
