Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development professional who is organised, user-focused and confident supporting our staff team and mission partners? This role offers the opportunity to help build and improve L&D provision, with scope to take on greater responsibility over time.
Worldwide, the pace of Bible translation has never been quicker – a full Bible or New Testament translation is being completed at a rate of 2 a week and a record number of translation programmes are in progress! If this momentum continues to grow, in the next 10-15 years we could reach a place where 95% of the world has the Bible in their language, and the New Testament is available to almost everyone!
As the L&D Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in translating our L&D approach into accessible, engaging, and practical learning opportunities for our staff and mission partners worldwide. You will coordinate and deliver learning activities, provide practical L&D advice to managers and individuals, optimise our digital learning systems, and support key programs like Equipped for Excellence. If you are passionate about adult learning and eager to use your skills to support others, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape and expand our L&D provision.
