This programme includes an embedded ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching, enabling apprentices to develop recognised coaching knowledge and practical coaching skills alongside the apprenticeship standard.

Tutor/Assessor – Job Description
Role purpose
To deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and curriculum that enables apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) required for successful Learning & Development practice while supporting achievement of the embedded ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching and successful completion of End-Point Assessment.

Support achievement of both the Learning & Development Practitioner apprenticeship and the embedded ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching.
