Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting people to learn and grow? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient L&D service across the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of learning operations—supporting colleagues, coordinating training activity, and helping drive a culture of continuous development.
The Role
You’ll provide a professional and proactive administration service, ensuring all learning and development activities run smoothly—from promotion and booking through to reporting and compliance.
Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you’ll help colleagues access the training they need to build their skills and perform at their best.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for all L&D queries, delivering excellent customer service
Coordinating training activities, including booking venues, managing course nominations, and liaising with trainers
Producing course communications, certificates, and evaluation materials
Monitoring course attendance and highlighting risks to delivery
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Supporting compliance tracking for mandatory and statutory training
Producing reports and analysing data to support decision-making
Supporting the promotion of learning through intranet updates and digital materials
Assisting with L&D projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a busy and varied customer base
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with LMS platforms
Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with data
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with an interest in improving processes
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Desirable:
Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or willingness to work towards)
