The Role
As our Lead Developer, you will be the technical heartbeat of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Salesforce Industries (SFI) and OmniStudio.
What you’ll be doing:Architecting Solutions: Leading end-to-end design for new features, ensuring they are scalable and align with platform principles.
Building with OmniStudio & LWC: Crafting dynamic user interfaces and seamless integration procedures using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
Product Modelling: Configuring our SFI Product Catalogue, including complex bundles and pricing models.
Innovating with AI: Pioneering the use of AI tools for code generation, testing, and performance optimization to accelerate our delivery cycles.
Integrating Systems: Connecting Salesforce with external APIs via MuleSoft to ensure a unified insurance workflow.
What You’ll BringYou are a Salesforce expert who loves solving puzzles and stays ahead of the technical curve.
The Experience: 3+ years in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Financial Services Cloud.
The Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and SOQL.
The Industry Knowledge: You understand the nuances of insurance—policy admin, claims, and underwriting.
The Mindset: A "declarative first" approach, a passion for CI/CD (Copado/Git), and a desire to mentor others.
Bonus Points: Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Dev II) or French language skills.
