    As Initial Teacher Training Coordinator (ITT), you’ll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of the ITT teams, day-to-day activities. Whether supporting project work or helping with the administration of key programmes, you will enable us to continue delivering impactful work across the charity.

    You’ll use your organisation and communication skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, helping us fulfil our purpose of improving education for all.
     

    • Are you organised and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time?

    • Are you a strong communicator, able to work well with colleagues across different teams and departments?

    • Are you comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel to create documents, manage data, and track information?

    • Can you juggle multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines?

    • Do you work well independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of your responsibilities and helping where needed?
