As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in transforming BioPhorum's unique expertise into engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support industry advancement and commercial growth.
Working closely with subject matter experts, trainers and the wider Training Services team, you will design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended and LMS-enabled learning programmes. You will create structured learning pathways, assessments, digital learning assets and facilitator resources that turn complex scientific and technical content into accessible, effective and engaging learning experiences. Your work will help establish a professional learning design capability and support the continued expansion of BioPhorum's training portfolio.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of learning within a fast-growing business unit. You will have the chance to build reusable and scalable learning products, influence learning design standards, and contribute to the growth of a commercially successful training offering used across the global biopharmaceutical industry. The role is ideal for an experienced instructional designer who enjoys combining creativity, learning expertise and commercial thinking to deliver measurable learner impact.
