    Salary circa £45,100 per annum annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live) | 35 hours per week | This is a permanent role

    We are looking for a Service Desk & Infrastructure Manager to lead and continually improve our core technology services, ensuring reliable, secure, and user-focused IT across the organisation.

    Reporting to the Associate Director of Technology, this role is responsible for ensuring the organisation’s infrastructure is fit for purpose and that the service desk delivers a responsive, high-quality service to users.

    The role will require:

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Office 365

    • Good awareness of technology security and cyber threats

    • Demonstratable significant experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

    • Broad understanding of server and end-user environments

    • Solid networking knowledge

    • Experience managing service desks, processes, and user experience

    Experience & Personal Attributes

    • Experience in a technology management role

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

    • Professionalism and integrity
