We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support our fast-growing B2B Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day management of our marketing systems and campaigns, primarily in Hubspot. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, data is reliable and the lead into Sales is consistent. You’ll be responsible for list management, campaign execution, automation maintenance and performance tracking, helping us deliver measurable impact across the funnel.
Working closely with the Marketing Assistant (Data), Sales Operations and our external Marketing Operations consultant, you’ll ensure the processes, dashboards and reporting frameworks are adopted and maintained.
You’ll be joining a collaborative B2B team that values experimentation, agility and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage BAU marketing operations in HubSpot, including lists, workflows, campaigns, landing pages and forms
Maintain and optimise nurture journeys and onboarding automations
Support B2B Marketing team in campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery across territories
Manage audience segmentation and targeting for campaigns
Manage the email campaign calendar and build email campaigns and templates
Monitor and manage day-to-day lead flow to Sales, maintaining agreed SLAs
Run A/B tests on campaigns (emails, forms, landing pages) to optimise performance
Monitor campaign performance, drawing insights from dashboards to guide improvements
Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance across day-to-day campaigns
Support adoption and training across the B2B Marketing team for HubSpot processes
Document marketing operations processes and ensure they are consistently applied
Qualifications and Skills:
2+ years experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (lists, workflows, automation, campaign builds)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset, confident using dashboards and campaign data to inform decisions
Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
Self-starter with excellent project management and communication skills
