This full-time/part-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until December 2026. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 (pro rata if part time) on Grade E subject to knowledge, skills and experience.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK.
We welcome applications from candidates interested in working part-time hours or job-sharing arrangements.You will be joining a busy team working across all areas of the University to meet regulatory requirements and promote Information Governance best practice.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with knowledge of Data Protection Act, Freedom of Information, PECR and other regulations. You will need experience in using various Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, and a willingness to learn new skills. You will be highly motivated, process driven with strong attention to detail. This role will involve dealing with both internal and external requests, with a focus on Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.
