What You’ll Be Doing
Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators across key platforms(primary focus: English-speaking YouTube; secondary: Instagram)
Build and scale a high-quality influencer pipeline across formats:barter, UGC, paid integrations, and long-term partnerships
Own the full collaboration lifecycle—from outreach and negotiation to briefing, execution, and publishing
Develop creative concepts for integrations, including storytelling angles and content formats
Assess audience quality, engagement, and brand fit to ensure alignment with Hungry Minds’ standards
Track and optimize performance across campaigns, including:engagement rate (ER), CPM, CTR, link clicks, and promo code performance
Maintain and continuously expand the influencer database
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing (ideally within e-commerce or DTC)
Intermediate+ English proficiency
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Notion
Hands-on experience with influencer discovery tools (e.g., Modash or similar)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you can confidently position the brand and close win-win partnerships
Solid understanding of collaboration models:barter, CPA, paid integrations, and ambassadorships
Ability to write clear, structured, and creative briefs for creators
Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of key metrics:ER, CPM, CPE, ROI, ROAS
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong aesthetic judgment and awareness of content trends
Compensation
$1,100 – $1,500/month (gross base salary)
KPI-based bonus with total earnings potential up to $2,500/month
Compensation is performance-driven and scales with results
