What you’ll doFind and activate potential affiliate partners
Research and identify relevant affiliates, creators, publishers, and traffic sources in our niche
Conduct cold outreach (email, DMs, LinkedIn, etc.) to introduce our brand and products
Spark interest and position CPA partnership opportunities
Qualify interested leads and bring them into a conversation with our team
Pass us “warm contacts” who are open to discussing collaboration terms
Maintain basic tracking of outreach and responses
What we’re looking for
• At least 1 year of working experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or performance-based partnerships (preferably in eCommerce)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations from scratch
• Strong understanding of CPA / performance-based collaboration models, tracking tools, and affiliate networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to create interest quickly
• Result-driven, highly organized, and focused on results
• Freelance mindset: you are paid for outcomes, not hours
