The Apprenticeship Induction Coordinator is responsible for delivering and coordinating the First Day of Learning (FDoL) across all apprenticeship programmes at LMP.
The role ensures learners receive an engaging, supportive, and compliant start to their programme, helping to drive learner engagement, attendance, and successful progression to their allocated tutor.
The role combines virtual facilitation, learner support, operational coordination, and data management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and learner experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging virtual FDoL sessions across all apprenticeship programmes and levels.
Facilitate induction activities including programme expectations, safeguarding, wellbeing, goal setting, and platform navigation.
Coordinate learner groups, schedules, and cohort allocations using internal systems.
Monitor attendance, learner engagement, survey completion, and outstanding actions.
Manage learner communications including invitations, reminders, joining instructions, and follow-ups.
Support learners with programme queries, system access, and digital platforms.
Maintain accurate learner records across CRM, LMS, and booking systems.
Ensure induction activity meets funding, compliance, and audit requirements.
Produce and maintain reports relating to onboarding activity, learner engagement, and feedback trends.
Gather, review, and analyse learner and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements and adapt delivery, resources, and processes where required.
Work collaboratively with enrolment, curriculum, compliance, and tutoring teams to support a seamless learner journey.
Maintain and improve induction resources, learner communications, and processes.
Support wider administrative and operational activity across apprenticeship teams during busy periods.
Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience delivering training, onboarding, or learner engagement sessions.
Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience creating learner resources or supporting process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and digital systems.
Experience using digital systems e.g. ticketing systems, CRMs, ePortfolios
Experience within apprenticeships, further education, or training environments.
Understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
