    Role Overview 🚀

    We’re looking for a hands-on, technically-savvy HR Operations Lead to own and optimise our HR systems and processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is pivotal in executing our HR Ops roadmap, harmonising processes globally, and introducing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and engagement. You’ll manage a small team of HR Operations Specialists, partner with key business functions, and ensure data integrity and operational excellence as we scale rapidly.

     

    Responsibilities 🤘

    • Own and manage all HR systems, including HRIS, performance management platforms, employee surveys, and AI-powered HR tools.

    • Drive the HR Ops roadmap, harmonising processes across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR.

    • Implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and improve employee experience.

    • Lead and mentor a team of two HR Operations Specialists, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Maintain high data integrity and deliver actionable HR insights through reporting and analytics.

    • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, TA, IT, and HR leadership to align systems and processes with business needs.

    • Support digital transformation initiatives and champion self-service tools for employees.

    What are we looking for? 🔎

    • Proven experience in HR Operations or HRIS-focused roles, ideally with HiBob or similar systems.

    • Strong technical skills in HRIS administration, performance management systems, surveys, reporting, and process automation.

    • Experience managing a small team (2–3 direct reports).

    • Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools, automation, or analytics platforms.

    • Solid understanding of HR operational processes and data integrity principles.

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process optimisation.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment and manage ambiguity effectively.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative approach.

    • Payroll experience and any previous involvement in digital transformation or HR Ops roadmap execution will be a plus!
