  • We have a superb opportunity for a Home Placement Manager to join our team in supporting the Aspris Care division! This is your chance to be the face of Aspris, at the forefront of making a difference to children's lives whilst enhancing the quality profile of Aspris to our customers.

    As a Home Placement Manager, you will play a key role in the referral and placement searching process. You will be managing a wide range of tasks including updating systems, liaising with local authorities and providing business information.

    • You will be required to work independently, using your initiative to find innovative and practical solutions to placement requests.

    • Review and assess incoming referrals from Local Authorities, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured prior to being passed over to Registered Managers.

    • Collaborate with Registered Managers to identify and match suitable placement opportunities that best suit the Young Person.

    • Produce detailed placement offers within agreed timescales.

    • Establish and develop excellent working relationships with Local Authority personnel and internal stakeholders.

    • Maintain up-to-date placement records - and to be methodical, organised, and able to prioritise workload effectively

    • Contribute to regular placement meetings and provide updates around on-going activity.

    • Manage, develop and maintain effective information systems, relating to children’s placements, to ensure that accurate information is available at all times

    What exactly are we looking for from you?

    • Experience within a placements, referrals, or commissioning role within social care, education, or a related sector.

    • To be passionate about the work we do and what you will be involved in, with the ability to work in a time-sensitive and provide excellent attention to detail.

    • A friendly persona, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build rapport quickly and professionally.

    • The ability to effectively manage multiple referrals and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    • Confidence in communicating with professionals at all levels.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using databases or CRM systems.

    • Understanding of children’s residential care, fostering, or SEND education provision.
