Director of Finance & HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR, Finance, and Compliance Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across Human Resources, Finance, and Compliance departments for a number of Companies within the responsibility of the Director. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that organisational processes remain aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
Assist with recruitment logistics: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
Support payroll and payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leave) and processing monthly journals.
Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Finance Support
Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement claims.
Assist with financial record keeping, data entry, and reporting.
Reconcile transactions and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and procurement.
Compliance and Audit Support
Assist with the implementation and attainment of ISO 9001
Maintain compliance-related records (e.g., training logs, certifications, policy acknowledgments).
Monitor deadlines and follow up on compliance tasks and audit requirements.
Help prepare documentation and reports for internal/external audits.
Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
