  • Who We Are...

At Classroom Secrets, we’re on a mission — a big one. Since 2013, we’ve grown from a small start-up with big dreams to a thriving UK-based ed-tech company helping children across the globe reach their full potential.

Our goal? Simple but powerful: to help children do better.
We create high-quality, differentiated resources for primary-aged pupils that align with the English national curriculum — giving teachers, tutors, and parents the tools to make learning engaging, effective, and yes, even fun.

We’re here to make life easier for teachers (because they deserve their weekends back), empower parents to support learning at home, and help every child — whatever their ability — make real, meaningful progress.

Today, we’re proud to be a trusted partner for schools, educators, parents, and tutors around the world. Our resources don’t just tick boxes; they spark curiosity, build confidence, and unlock potential.

At the heart of everything we do are our six superpowered core values:

Collaboration – We work together to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Innovation – We think creatively and embrace change.
Passion – We care deeply about our mission and the people we serve.
Reflection – We learn and grow from every experience.
Integrity – We act with honesty and transparency.
Development – We’re committed to helping others — and ourselves — improve every single day.
We believe learning should be joyful, meaningful, and accessible to every child. By reducing workload for educators and supporting learners everywhere, we’re not just shaping lessons — we’re shaping futures.

So, if you’re passionate about education, fuelled by curiosity, and excited about making an impact — come and join us on our journey to transform the future of learning.

    Job Description

    This is a remote position.

Location: Remote (within 2 hours' travel of Halifax)

    Own How We Improve Growth

At Classroom Secrets, we are not looking for someone to run isolated campaigns, we are looking for someone to take responsibility for how growth actually works day to day, making sure the right things are being improved, in the right order, for the right reasons.

From how users find us, to how they move through the website, to how they engage with emails and return over time, you will keep everything clear, focused, and improving.

    The Role

This role is about practical ownership of growth improvement.

    You will:

    • Look at what is happening across acquisition, conversion, and retention

    • Work out what needs improving

    • Decide what should be worked on next

    • Make sure the right work gets done clearly and effectively

You will not be expected to do everything yourself, but you will be responsible for making sure the right things happen.

This is a remote role; however, you will need to be within a 2-hour travel radius of Halifax to attend occasional in-person meetings.

What You Will Be Responsible For

    Understanding What Is Happening

Bring together data, user behaviour, and past learning to understand what is working and what is not.

    Deciding What To Improve

Choose what should be focused on each period, including what to prioritise, pause, or stop.

    Reviewing User Journeys

Look at how users find the platform, move through it, and where they drop off. Identify practical improvements.

    Improving Discovery

Review search performance, AI discovery, and key pages. Decide what needs to be created, improved, or removed.

    Writing and Shaping Lifecycle Emails

Own lifecycle email intent and core messaging so emails are clear, purposeful, and support engagement.

    Briefing Work Clearly

Explain what needs to change and why, giving designers and developers clear, actionable direction.

    Keeping a Simple Learning Loop

Review outcomes and ensure learning feeds into what happens next.

    Keeping Everyone Aligned

Work across teams to reduce noise, duplication, and unclear priorities.

What You Will Be Doing Day to Day

    • Analysing performance data and user behaviour

    • Spotting where users get stuck or drop off

    • Deciding what should be improved next

    • Writing and reviewing lifecycle email copy

    • Briefing design and development work

    • Reviewing results and adjusting priorities

    • Keeping a clear view of what is working and what is not

    Not more activity.

    Not more ideas.

    What You Are Good At

    • Making sense of data without over complicating it

    • Spotting practical improvements in user journeys

    • Making clear decisions about what to focus on

    • Keeping things organised and moving forward
